2010
Points Rules
A driver starts earning points once he or
she becomes a club member.
TQ earns an additional point if he or she
is not a DNS.
Once the mains have been posted, no re-arranging
of the standing even if a driver/car might be questionable due to race
damage. All drivers should have the
right to fix their cars even if they start in the middle of their race. Only exception is if a driver voluntarily
pulls out of the mains prior to the mains being posted.
DNS gets zero points no matter where he or
she qualified. The driver needs to get
the car around the track such that he or she completes and the computer records
at least 1 lap, just stay out of the way of the faster cars. Exception is the bump up driver who earns
points even if he or she DNS.
Members do not move up in points if a
non-member finishes higher in the race.
